Zen: Relax, Meditate & Sleep is an Android application for users who have anxiety problems, insomnia, stress, or confidence problems and need help with all these problems. In today’s world, there is so much going on and most people are having problems in their lives. They have difficulties sleeping on time, feel anxious before any event, have discomfort, lack confidence, are under stress, are unable to focus on the work and so many other things. For all those people, Zen provides meditation & therapy sessions to relieve stress, and anxiety, feel relaxed, and much more. You can also schedule the notifications or reminders to get notifications at the time of meditation.
It has a user-friendly interface with soothing colors. There are five tabs: Today, Wisdom, Meditate, Therapy & You. Each of the tabs has a different relaxing color like green, blue, grey, pink & violet. You can navigate between the sections of any tab by simply swiping left/right. In the wisdom tab, it shows the list of programs, music & stories. You can explore the programs by categories in the meditate tab. Your all recently played sessions are stored in the “You” tab so you can easily access them. You can also manage your profile account and notification settings in this tab.

Meditations & Therapies Sessions
It includes hundreds of meditation programs created by health experts. Each program contains multiple sessions of 10-20 minutes. Take all these sessions, one per day. You will see the improvement in yourself. There are meditation sessions for better sleep, relaxation, anxiety relief, health, stress reduction, self-esteem, etc. With the self-esteem sessions, you will learn about yourself, forgiveness, learning from your past mistakes, etc. All the sessions come in two versions: first with relaxing background music and second without the background music. You can also download the sessions and listen to them offline.
